Recently booked RM Plumbing and Electrical Ltd to fit a new electric shower after the old one needed replacing. From point of enquiry right through to the end of the job the service was faultless. After initial enquiry, contact was maintained via WhatsApp to ensure I was purchasing a shower to the right specification which met our needs. Booking was then quick and easy. On the day of fitting, the service provided was thorough, neat and very professional. Would highly recommend, and will not hesitate booking again in the future.

We had a bad leak and needed to replace our boiler. Ryan called around, lovely man, we had a chat and he gave us an honest assessment of what was needed. The leak got worse and we asked if it was possible to bring it forward. They moved heaven and earth to fit us in and worked all over a weekend while we were away. Leak fixed, new combi boiler, all old tanks removed, everything clean and tidy. Cannot recommend them enough. Thanks for all your hard work.

Very happy with the service received and the work done by Ryan. He did a brilliant job dealing with the poor state of things left by our house's previous owner, and left things in a great, clean state. Would definitely recommend, and will use again.

We recently had a new combi boiler installed in Cardiff by RM Plumbing and Electrical, the whole experience was spot on. From the initial quote to the final handover, everything was handled professionally and without any hassle.

Ryan explained the different options, helped us choose the right boiler for the house, and completed the installation efficiently and neatly. The team arrived on time, and kept everything tidy throughout the house.

Phoned the office this morning and I Ryan out to fix a plumbing problem with my boiler not heating and honestly couldn’t fault them. They were quick to respond, turned up on time and got straight to the issue without any messing about. Excellent service

The job was sorted efficiently and you can tell they know their stuff.

They were tidy, and left everything exactly how they found it.

Would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone locally in Cardiff needing reliable plumbing work.

We had our ensuite bathroom completely renovated by Ryan and the team in Cardiff and it’s honestly one of the best upgrades we’ve made to the house. They transformed it into something that feels modern, practical and much more spacious.

They took care of everything from start to finish. Removing the old bathroom, reworking the plumbing, installing the new shower and suite, tiling and all the finishing details.

They were easy to have around, kept disruption to a minimum and always left things clean at the end of the day. The whole process felt smooth and well managed. Would highly recommend them!

We chose RM Plumbing and Electrical in Cardiff for a complete new bathroom install and it was definitely the right decision. From the initial quote through to the final finishing touches, everything was handled professionally and with real attention to detail.

The plumbers stripped the old bathroom back to bare walls and rebuilt the space from the ground up, covering plumbing, electrics, tiling, heating and decoration. Each stage was completed carefully and to a high standard, and they clearly take pride in their work.

They were punctual, respectful of our home and left the place tidy at the end of each day. The whole process felt well organised and stress-free, which made a big difference during a renovation.

The end result is a stylish, high-quality bathroom that’s far better than we imagined. We’re extremely pleased with the workmanship and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them locally.

The plumbers from RM Plumbing and Electrical in Cardiff have been superb fitting a new bathroom for us. They were excellent, friendly, tidy in all the work they did, minimised any disruption for us whenever possible. They took care of ripping out the old bathroom, installing the new one, the tiling, radiators, painting, everything we needed. We’re delighted with our new bathroom and would be very happy to recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you again!
