Once to renew the siphon in in my toilet and second time to renew the bathroom and kitchen waste pipes at my mother's property which were old and perished. They did an excellent job on both. The plumber who repaired my toilet took the time to explain some things to me and how to adjust the water level on the WC and he was great. Lots of contractors let me down by either not getting back to me or turning up, but Ryan at RM will give you an honest timeframe when they can attend, and gets in touch closer to the time.
